An incredible opportunity to work in a small and busy Family Office in North London.
This is an incredibly varied role, supporting a busy Principal across her busy personal life along with property assistance.
You will work in a small team supporting the Principal's current Private PA, a hugely supportive and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
This is a really unmissable opportunity for a Junior Private PA who is focused and determined – looking for an all-encompassing role and ready to go the extra mile.
The Role
- Assisting with private daily tasks and errands
- Dealing with couriers and office stock
- Personal Shopping
- Overseeing the running of guest properties
- Events support
- Travel packs – flights, accommodation, itineraries and overall logistics
- Ad hoc projects and research

Candidate
- Organsied with high attention to detail
- Self-starter, independent thinker with loads of initiative
- Strong communication, confident, muck-in, non-precious
- Intelligent and confident
- Capacity to think on your feet and be one step ahead is key
- Ability to deal with competing priorities, with strong time management skills
- Discretion is paramount
