A very well-known high-profile interior designer is looking for a first-rate PA to guide her through her business day and to coordinate her personal life.
Her diary is hectic, her inbox very busy, and she needs a PA who can prioritise on her behalf, be the ambassador for the business and be the cog that keeps the wheels turning.
You will also be working closely with the Managing Director, helping with administration, PR and Marketing. No two days will be the same.
The environment is very professional, you will have direct contact with clients and suppliers, architects, project managers and every aspect of interior design, furniture and furnishings.
I am not looking for someone who wants to be an interior designer, this is a role for a bright, willing and upbeat candidate who wants to grow their office support career in the creative industry. You will need to have 1 or 2 years’ experience in a junior PA, Team Assistant or office support role. Someone on the ascendancy, happy to get stuck in, with a cool head and can work under pressure.
I want someone who is confident, upbeat, proactive with a positive approach to their work, resourceful and is looking for a very busy and varied PA role in a friendly creative environment.
We act as an employment agency for this role. Knightsbridge Recruitment specialise in Chiefs of Staff, EAs, PAs, Private PAs, Team Assistants, Receptionists and Office Managers across all industries. If you are already registered with us please contact your consultant directly. Due to the large number of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to respond to them all individually.
