A new luxury brand, specialising in connecting clients and artisans globally, are looking for an outstanding EA to support the CEO and Founder. A hugely collaborative and fluid role where you will be instrumental to the day to day running and building company culture.
Extremely busy, this varied role will certainly keep you on your toes, so you need to be a natural with people, highly proactive, agile, and flexible with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Role:
• Full inbox management
• Extensive diary management – the ability to prioritise
• Travel and itineraries organisation
• Prepare board meetings, wider-team meetings and off-sites
• Attend and minute internal meetings
• Management and oversight of business projects – timelines, research etc
• Stakeholder management – be the first point of contact, and liaise with clients and colleagues within the wider business
• Personal support – event planning, activities, gifting, personal shopping, and ad hoc errands
Candidate:
• At least 5 years’ EA experience
• Can do attitude, willing to pitch in with tasks outside of main duties when required
• Ability to work entrepreneurially in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly collaborative, flexible and resourceful
• Confidentiality and discretion is paramount
