Fantastic opportunity to join a very well-respected and exciting residential property advisory that sources high-end residential properties in prime locations in the UK and internationally. The role is a Junior PA/Office Assistant with 1+ years of office admin / TA experience, who will be joining a friendly, approachable, and very social team. You will based in their stylish offices in central London, 5 days a week.
If you have a keen interest in luxury properties and HNWs and you want to progress your career quickly, this role is for you. Tasks will include:
Day to Day:
• Proactive office administrative tasks including the weekly office food shop, answering phones,
travel and accommodation bookings
• Management of the team’s expenses
• Front of House and meeting room management; welcoming clients and guests, preparing the
rooms
• Sourcing client gifts
• Key client document collation and management
• Enrolling in company training which covers proofreading, contact database, land registry
• Obtaining building survey quotes from surveyors for clients
It will suit someone proactive and organised, who enjoys getting stuck in and is bright, confident, and upbeat. No previous experience in property is needed.
