This role will give you exposure to all the key figures within the company.
The Role:
- General reception duties: meeting and greeting guests, answering phones, preparing lunches and meeting rooms.
- Supporting the wider team:
o Diary/meeting management and travel arrangements
o Facilities and operations
o Event planning
o Project and research
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to think on your feet, use your initiative to juggle many balls
- Proactive, hard-working and engaging
- Have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Professional appearance, bubbly, warm and enthusiastic
The ideal candidate will have outstanding academics, and experience in a client-facing role, and be charismatic and confident.
