This is a unique opportunity to join an inspiring arts education charity that is looking for an experienced EA to support two key members of the senior leadership team.
A fascinating creative and buzzy environment, they are a close-knit and supportive team with a real family feel.
As Executive Assistant you will be providing right-hand support to the Director’s office and your duties will include:
• Extensive diary management – dealing with lots of last-minute changes
• Coordinating international travel
• Gatekeeping
• Liaising with stakeholders and donors
• Arranging, prepping and minuting Board/Trustee meetings
• Overseeing the school calendar
• Scheduling and coordinating events
• Drafting emails, letters and documents
• Expenses & invoices
• Ensuring the Directors office runs smoothly and is fully stocked
• Assisting with school communications
We are looking for an accomplished EA with previous experience in either the arts, charity or education sectors.
You must have brilliant people and communication skills, and experience liaising with HNWIs and high-profile figures, along with high EQ, discretion and the ability to work at pace whilst keeping a cool head.
It is also key that you have a keen eye for detail, and expert written skills and can upwardly manage, pre-empt and deal with different personalities.
