Private PA to UHNWI - Based North Oxford - Must be Dog Friendly!

My client is an UHNW family seeking a charismatic Personal Assistant to assist with all aspects of their personal life.

They are a high flying couple, very successful, with children both at school. They are passionate philanthropists, sports enthusiasts and dog lovers – this person must be dog friendly.

This role is based at their stunning family home in North Oxford, predominantly supporting the wife. She is very personable and friendly, looking to have a strong relationship with her PA, you will be her right hand.

The role is busy and very varied, looking for someone who is more than happy to “roll up their sleeves” with a non-precious attitude.

No two days will be the same, you will be doing everything from researching extravagant holidays, arranging dinners and booking tickets to events/football matches to assisting with school/activity administration for the children, accompanying the principal on shopping trips, liaising with contractors/home decorators and more.

You will be working closely with the husband’s Senior PA/EA and assisting her with wider projects as required – she will show you the ropes and be your go-to. There is also a very nice team of household staff.

There is free parking, and the home is a 10 minute bus ride from the nearest train station.

Looking for:

• Previous Personal Assistant / Private PA experience, or perhaps you have been a House Manager/PA looking to transition into a full PA position

• Ideally experience supporting an UHNWI/family, but not essential

• Discretion is paramount

• Able to charmingly upwardly manage, the principals work at a hundred miles an hour and so prioritising with them is crucial

• Highly organised, efficient, high attention to detail

• Charismatic, social, eager to build a relationship with your principal
