My client is one of the high flyers in the world of luxury fashion, a household name. They are seeking an outstanding Front of House / Receptionist, someone who will be an ambassador for them.


They have a wonderful team, creative, fun & social – everyone is very passionate about the work they are doing.

 

They look after their staff with good benefits and team socials too.

 

As Front of House you will be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting their HNW and often VIP clients.

You will be the go-to person in the office, everyone will know you and you them, happy to lend a helping hand wherever needed.


Whether it is handling the post, booking couriers/travel, keeping a tidy space or assisting the Studio and Office Managers with anything they might need, assisting with photo shoots and answering the phone, you will be the glue that keeps everything together.

About you, the ideal Front of House / Receptionist

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion, retail or hospitality, or any similar client-facing industries, is a huge bonus
  • Prior experience in a Front of House/Receptionist or administrative position – you will hit the ground running
  • Upbeat, radiating positivity with a winning smile
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • High attention to detail
  • Non-precious with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
