A world-renowned Artist is looking for a Senior EA to help with his operations in London. This Artist is an international rising superstar and this is a very exciting opportunity to help him develop his businesses in London. This Artist is embarking on an exciting adventure growing businesses in various areas from space travel and real estate. His team is upbeat, friendly, entrepreneurial and collaborative. The person who will best suit this role is a people person, proactive, solution-orientated, trustworthy and has a sense of humour. You will be taking on a range of responsibilities such as;
• Diary Management
• Booking meetings/appointments
• Extended Travel Booking travel – flights, transport, accommodation
• Liaising with clients
• Liaising with the talent agency
• Organising events
• Running the studio
• Helping the team with time management
• Ad hoc personal – booking restaurants/holidays
This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the studio for ad hoc days in the week and when the artist is working in London they prefer to have the studio to themselves. They are ideally looking for someone who has had experience supporting a creative and who will see longevity in this role. This is a growing company and they would like someone to grow with them.
