Looking for an exceptional Team Assistant, my client are a world-renowned company, a household name, instantly recognisable and a fantastic name to have on your CV.
Company culture is phenomenal, very buzzy, lots of laughter, drinks after work – they are looking for a Team Assistant with a muck-in attitude, social and who is going to get fully involved in the team.
They are seeking a Team Assistant, someone who loves to be busy and enjoys variety – no two days will be the same!
You will be:
• Being the go-to person in the team, arranging meetings, providing PA support, booking appointments
• Using your creative flair to get stuck in with Marketing, helping with design, social media
• Getting involved with anything and everything with the team – they are very keen for this person to take on more responsibility and grow with the role
• Creating marketing material
• Pitch preparation
• Liaising with clients, creating strong relationships
• Events - assisting with organisation
• General office administration
There is huge scope for progression in this company, many of today’s Partners started as a Team Assistant originally.

The perfect Team Assistant will have:
• Lots of personality - sparky, fun, enthusiastic with people skills and confidence
• High attention to detail
• Some previous administrative experience, ideally 6 months - 2 years
