A very successful and supportive asset management firm based in Mayfair is looking for a high-achieving EA/Private PA to support their dynamic Founder/CEO on both the business and private side of his life. If you are a SPANISH speaker that is an advantage but NOT essential.
A very staff-friendly culture, the team are international and fun-loving, and the benefits are exceptional. The role is 70% business, 30% private, you would be the right hand to the inspirational and very busy principal.
The principal travels extensively in Europe and the US on business and personally with his young family, so you will need to have good experience organising complex travel, itineraries, visas etc.
You will be responsible for organising and managing their twice-yearly one week team-building trips with the US office which are hosted abroad in locations such as Ibiza. You will also be organising the company’s networking events.
As the principal’s eyes and ears and confidant in the office, you will always be one step ahead, researching and preparing all documentation for his meetings and attending a de-brief meeting with him afterwards, so you are fully on top of his vision and priorities. He wants to rely on his EA completely.
The principal is charming, direct and has high standards but always appreciative and a good communicator.
