EA/Private PA for Exciting Entertainment Company Founder

An inspirational CEO of a top London hospitality/entertainment company is looking for a creative EA/Private PA to steer them through their busy business and personal life.

Based mainly from my client’s office in Central London you will also be working from their home depending on your priorities on the day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible, creative and resourceful EA/PPA who loves to be a 360 degree support to their principal, who is happy to go the extra mile and who likes to be hands-on in a creative dynamic business. The opportunities are endless.

You need to be a multi-tasker and agile; from running a household to assisting with high-profile events. The role includes client liaison as you would be the ambassador for the business.

Alongside the classic EA and Private PA tasks and responsibilities, the role is also very project-driven, giving you an opportunity to take a front-line part in the continued success of the business. A true right-hand role.

You will be working closely with a dedicated, social and hard-working team but need to be a self-starter, and happy to work autonomously, you will not be micro-managed. You’ll be highly discreet, the eyes and ears for the principal, their gatekeeper and the conduit between them, their staff and VIP clients.

You will also be managing the principal’s home, overseeing household staff and contractors, researching and organising holidays and business travel, managing household budgets as well as managing high-level very creative events both business and personal.
