One of London’s most elite private members club is looking for a PA to support the team in the Club Office.
This role will be based in the SW London Members Club five days a week, a workplace like no other – stunning surroundings and a cohesive and supportive culture.
They are looking for an experienced PA with a fantastic skill-set, who is capable of hitting the ground running. The role will be full-on, fast-paced and will involve meticulous attention to detail, sensitivity, and a confident and calm approach.
The Role:
- Preparing and providing support during internal meetings
- Managing and updating the website
- Support the internal leadership framework
- Liaising with other departments and key stakeholders
- Dealing with confidential correspondence and information
- Support with compiling and preparing reports
- Keeping all documentation up to date, a good eye for detail is essential
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3 years + Administration/PA experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid administration background and a warm, service-driven, welcoming and professional
- Discreet and diplomatic
- Ability to think on your feet and be one step ahead
Professional appearances and fantastic communication skills is paramount.
This will be a client-facing role and will involve regular contact with members, club employees and suppliers. A perfect opportunity for a diligent, intelligent PA who wants to really enjoy their day-to-day.
