EA to Founder - Innovative Luxury Fund - High-End Beauty and Fashion

A fantastic, forward-thinking and fast-growing luxury investment company is looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised EA to support their wonderful co-owner/co-founder. The company focus their investments in the luxury space, with incredibly well-known names and brands in its roster, helping shape and build brands by supporting them with strategies and initiatives. A small team, they are all charming, collaborative and flexible types, so they are looking for someone with the same traits to fit in and ‘keep the trains running’ as they continue their expansion – an exciting time to join. Based in a beautiful townhouse in Central London, the role is pivotal and varied, from representing the brand and liaising with high-profile, UHNW individuals, to getting involved with amazing projects and events. Representing the founder, you must be confident, positive and immaculately presented.

This person will need to be a ‘muck-in’ type with a steadfast work ethic, happy turning their hand to anything, including:

• Acting as the primary point of contact and ambassador with professionalism and discretion

• Planning and coordinating events

• Meeting management and preparation, minuting and following up

• Comprehensive administrative support i.e. international diary management

• Complex travel

• Prioritising in the coordination of the principal’s daily activities for maximum efficiency

• Light office management, such as overseeing property-related tasks, i.e. renovations and managing the housekeeper

• Being the principal's eyes and ears

• Ad hoc support to the team

• Ad hoc personal support

The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be efficient and confident in anticipating needs, with 4+ years of PA/EA experience, preferably in the luxury world. You’ll need an entrepreneurial and flexible approach, a strong work ethic, and an adaptable and non-precious attitude. You will be on the ball, enthusiastic and discreet, as well as capable of thinking on your feet.
