This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, flexible and professional Team Assistant to join a successful boutique consultancy based in lovely offices in the heart of the West End.
This is a varied role requiring someone who has bags of initiative and a muck-in, can-do attitude along with a forensic
attention to detail and discretion.
Duties will include:
• Diary management for the Partners
• Scheduling & tracking meetings
• Meeting room management
• Office management duties – ensuring everything is fully stocked, liaising with suppliers
• Assisting with HR administration eg: setting up interviews, updating Excel spreadsheets, sending tests to candidates
• Meeting and greeting clients and setting up for meetings
• Ad-hoc admin duties to assist the team
We are looking for a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and someone who is expert at managing busy diaries seamlessly whilst prioritising and juggling tasks.
A secretarial course is an advantage.
