My client is an international boutique wellness club and hotel group operating across Europe and beyond. They are hugely successful and going through a significant growth phase. Their busy and very family-feel head office is based in West London.
I am looking for a senior EA to support the Founder/CEO. A charismatic and ambitious HNWI who is passionate about the business and maintaining the company's high standards and the welfare of the staff.
Focusing on the CEO’s inbox, scheduling and diary management – the right EA will be quick, thorough and accurate as you will need to keep up with the CEO’s busy day and changing priorities. The role will involve booking international travel, preparing itineraries and supporting documents for your boss to have to hand ahead of meetings, taking minutes as well and liaising with the wider C-Suite on daily, monthly or strategic needs.
The CEO is an experienced, very likeable, professional whose career spans business investment, property development, real estate management and leisure club operations in the UK, across mainland Europe and further afield. He needs an EA who cares about his time and will look after his interests, as well as staying one step ahead to ensure that each day runs smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, very varied and exciting role for someone who is at the top of their game, who can multi-task and prioritise, who is looking to be their principal’s right hand and become a major player in this phenomenally exciting company.
