My client is a leading name in the creative world. A luxury brand with an international presence. I am looking for a bright, forward-thinking, agile PA to support one of their senior directors. You would be based in their state-of-the-art offices in Central London and be happy to travel internationally at least once a month. You will need to have a creative background and have your finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the arts world/some experience in fashion specifically.

  • Act as the primary liaison and first point of contact
  • Diary management: appropriately prioritising and scheduling internal & external meetings/ conference calls across time zones, proactively gathering any required materials ahead of trips
  • Preparing and providing support during internal and external meetings, welcoming guests, booking and arranging rooms/ meetings
  • Dealing with confidential correspondence and information
  • Anticipate needs, and provide critical thinking to problems with a high level of professionalism
  • The ability to identify the importance and urgency of work and its alignment with and raise issues where required – following up with stakeholders without being prompted
  • Supporting with compiling and preparing reports and presentations – highly analytical
  • Proofreading when required
  • Preparing formal communications for both internal and external stakeholders when required
  • Organising travel when required - flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, transfers, currency, restaurants, meetings and calls, together with compiling the required materials for business trips in advance

Skills and Experience Required

  • Happy to travel at least one trip a month initially then about once a month
  • Previous experience within a creative brand – Arts, Interiors, Design, Fashion etc., working as a Personal Assistant, and some corporate experience in any industry
  • Autonomous working style
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels (face-to-face, by email and by phone)
  • Proactive, with an ability to effectively manage expectations and manage openly
  • Meticulous organisation and ability to prioritise when working to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Strong emotional intelligence, professional, diligent and trustworthy
  • Highly analytical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to be succinct and to the point
  • Punctual, professional and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion at all times
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of(Word, Excel & PowerPoint
