A dynamic specialist software investor – Venture Capital company is looking for a bright and ambitious EA to support their high-performing, young Head of IR and Marketing and ad-hoc for two other senior executives.

4 days WFH a month and 8 days in July and August.

The role is supporting the firm’s Investor Relations, Marketing and Finance Heads

● Full diary management including organising meetings, preparing briefing documents and sharing meeting materials with participants
● Booking travel, accommodation and visas as required
● Coordinating the team’s attendance at global conferences and events
● Organising roadshows, including booking meetings, scheduling travel, creating planning documents and sharing meeting materials
● Supporting the organisation of the AGM and LPAC, including overseeing the invitation process, tracking attendance, scheduling rehearsals and documenting minutes
● Tracking Investor/Advisory committee engagement in the firm’s CRM system, including uploading meeting notes and maintaining profiles
● Supporting wider marketing function and Marketing Associate, with ad hoc event support of events and marketing activities, as well as the organisation of gifts and entertainment

● Proven project management skills and a solution-orientated approach to problems
● Exceptional attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and strong time management
● An ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
● Relevant work experience (finance, banking, legal or consulting), with a minimum of five years spent in an EA role at a leading asset manager, PE or VC firm
● Excellent Microsoft Office / Google Document skills
