My client is looking for an impressive junior Private Personal Assistant to join their team. You will be part of the Chairman’s office supporting them in their day to day life. Based in the City you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team reporting into the Chairman of a very successful Finance company.
If you are looking to open the door into the Private Personal Assistant world this role could be perfect for you. They are looking for a charismatic, hard-working, yes person who is happy to turn their hand to each and every task.
From ever changing diary management, to organising personal appointments, arranging lunches and dinners, organising travel and ensuring the Chairman is fully prepared for their day ahead. You will be the right hand to the rest of the team, happy assisting them or covering for them when they need extra support.
An excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skillset, challenge themselves and gain a lot of experience. The key for this role is being resilient, quietly confident and a team player.
