PA to International Fashion Entrepreneur

The role will incorporate all aspects of Private and Business PA support to this fair, understanding, approachable and hard-working CEO. She is looking for a true right-hand who loves being a PA and makes it their mission to ensure their bosses entire life runs seamlessly. In this role you will accompany her on meetings, prepare her for the day, pre-empt situations, have back-up plans in place and become integral in all aspects of her life. No job will be too big or small; running errands, providing family support, helping with life admin, attending business meetings, booking travel, manging her schedule, attending events, liaising with stylists/make-up artists, carrying out research ahead of meetings and being an extended version of her in the business.

This is a predominantly remote role however this person needs to live in London because they will need to visit her house in East London regularly, attend meetings around London, run errands and must be happy to travel 1-2 a year internationally.

My client is looking for someone with 2-5 years PA experience within the world of fashion/luxury brands, they must have a passion/understanding of fashion and have a very flexible, hard-working, can-do approach to work. It is essential that this person is well-presented as they will be client-facing and attending meetings. She is also looking for someone incredibly organised, tech savvy, and hungry to learn, grow and add value! A fantastic role – ideally starting ASAP, but will wait notice for the dream candidate.
