Impressive Grad Needed. Client-facing role with Progression, Finance

Duties will be anything from answering phones, meeting and greeting guests, setting up lunches/meeting rooms and managing the reception area to HR admin, Assistant PA duties research projects, organising events and lots more. You will be assisting the team wherever needed; organising travel, diaries, setting up meetings, HR admin, facilities and operations and you will be involved in numerous projects, research and events. Once you have proved yourself in this role, the opportunities are endless and progression is definitely on the cards!

You will need to be able to think on your feet, use your initiative to juggle many balls, be proactive, hard working, be incredibly client facing and engaging and have exceptional attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding academics, at least two years’ experience in a client-facing role, be charismatic and confident. This will be amazing exposure into one of the most well known hedge-funds/individuals in the finance world.
