Working from this Family Office in the heart of Mayfair, you will provide dedicated Private (80%) and Business (20%) 1:1 support to a renowned UHNW Entrepreneur. The remit of the role is predominantly dedicated Private/Lifestyle support to this jet-setting, bright and well-respected entrepreneur with a strong background in finance, successful investments and philanthropy. The scope of the role will be diverse so I am looking for a chameleon who loves to be kept on their toes, with constant challenges and unusual requests to sort.
Personal
• Extensive global luxury travel (often last minute)
• Managing personal diary
• Household management; bills, maintenance, home renovations, liaising with house-keeper
• Personal appointments/lifestyle management
• Private PA support to family and friends
• Organising holidays/arranging villas etc
• Personal shopping/errands
• Personal banking/finances
Business
• Business Travel
• Setting up business meetings
• Updating business contacts
• Managing business inbox and diary
• Expenses
You will be exposed to VVIPs, and an UHNW lifestyle; booking private jets, yachts, complex 6* holidays, liaising with the glitterati yet you must remain grounded, discreet and not star struck. From the bizarre to the seemingly impossible you must have a rolodex of contacts to hand, with ‘no’ not an answer in their vocabulary. Taking pride in your appearance and level of your work is essential in this role.
Ideally looking for a minimum of 3 years Private/Business experience to an Entrepreneur/HNWI/UHNWI/CEO, used to providing personal support in a corporate environment. This person must be detail-orientated, someone who thinks outside the box and happy going above and beyond.
