EA to CEO - Glamorous New Entertainment Venture

This hybrid role is based three days in the core of West London, where you will be working alongside a small and highly impressive team. The EA will be assisting in the growth of a thrilling enterprise, with an exceptionally successful entrepreneur at the helm. The role is newly created and supporting an expert in their field.

This is a spectacular time to join the Company as the position is varied and will develop with the evolution of the project:

• Sophisticated gatekeeping
  
• Being the main point of contact for VIP clients and guests
• Complex diary management, including international travel
• Being an ambassador for your boss - building strong relationships within the team and the wider company
• Seminal research support
• Attending meetings and tracking required actions accordingly
• Preparing agendas and presentations for meetings
• Personal work

They are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic but also flexible EA, with a ‘get up and go’ attitude; a team player who is great to be around with bags of initiative, as well as being numerate, tech savvy and positive-thinking. Ideally, this person will have an interest/experience in the Private Member's Club world, EA/PA experience and while someone with a creative background would suit the team, they are very open. The role will be working at pace so strong initiative and high EQ are essential, someone not afraid to take control and prioritise.
