My client is seeking an exceptional right hand Personal Assistant, who can match their fast paced lifestyle. You will be pivotal to the success of their Private Family Office and Private Life. From organising properties, cars and travel to liaising with stakeholders, fascinating people and family.
This hugely successful tech entrepreneur is fast paced often jumping from call to call and needs someone who understands pace, technology and can support at the highest level.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. Must have extensive experience managing diaries, travel, logistics, schedules and would be happy sitting in on meetings and taking minutes. Whilst this role is fully remote, you might be required to travel internationally.
The key for this role is being completely reliable, trustworthy and able to build rapport quickly. You will be happy turning your hand to each and every task.
