A totally unique and fabulous opportunity has sprung up to join a leading and high-end bespoke Interior Design Company. The position is within a lovely, young and close-knit team – they are incredibly collaborative, encouraging and good fun. Anyone joining the Company will be very well looked after, with tonnes of room for growth and autonomy. There are plenty of projects to get stuck into with many more constantly in the offing, so someone who loves a challenge and will hit the ground running is vital. The role is a solid mix between office management and HR, and the successful candidate will be willing and able to turn their hand to anything and pitch in wherever needed.

Duties include:
• Managing and fulfilling office redesigns
• Leading team presentations
• Recruiting and training new employees
• Administration, such as supervising payroll and contracts
• Managing the smooth running of phone and IT operations, including liaising with support and new set-ups
• Overseeing building management, like monitoring and managing checks

We are seeking someone who will fit seamlessly into this well-known and fantastic company, who will emulate their high standards in presentation, friendliness and authenticity. They will have a natural ability to communicate at all levels, a knack for problem solving and a cheerful nature. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in HR or an administrative role. We are looking for a hard-worker with a can-do attitude, someone who will jump in with both feet and make the most of the potential this role has to offer.
