One of the world’s most recognised luxury design houses which has a predominant focus on producing and selling luxury goods globally is looking for an up and coming, charismatic EA to support their charming and influential MD.
They are looking for someone capable of hitting the ground running and working at pace to support one of the industry’s most wanted Senior figures.
This EA role will be based 5 days a week in their fast-paced, cohesive and boutique West-End offices.
A fast-paced Business support role including;
• Extensive gate-keeping and upward management
• Complex global travel itineraries and management over a very busy diary
• Attending meetings with this inspirational figures
• Arranging lots of client entertainment/networking events as well as being happy providing adhoc light personal duties.
• This person must have a muck-in and flexible nature where no job is too big or too small, as this person will be required to provide adhoc support to other Senior figures and other daily office demands.
They are looking for a minimum of 3-5 years of EA experience ideally with luxury brands, fashion, retail, or luxury creative.
It is essential that this person has an impressive knowledge of the ‘London Scene’, ideally a great black book and is up to date with the best places to go as the role will involve arranging lots of client dinners and events.
However the most important element of this hire is personality fit; confident, sparky, engaging and not afraid of pushing back on your bosses behalf as well as being muck-in, dedicated and passionate about being a fantastic EA who wants to notable value to their bosses life.
