Fantastic role for a brilliant individual who is hard-working, passionate and a natural problem solver. We are looking for someone to be the right hand of the Director of Operations in a luxury high end Interior design company. This is a very busy and varied role and this individual will take pride in their work.

The Role is a 50/50 split between Office Management and Human Resources and will include the following duties:
  • Manage full recruitment process - CV reviews, arrange & attend interviews
  • Manage administration for staff payroll and contracts
  • Lead team presentations on professional development
  • Train new and existing team members on company systems and processes
  • Implement and manage GDPR policies
  • Liaise with IT support
  • Ensure the smooth running of the IT and telephone systems in the office
  • Set up new IT equipment as required
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up to date and adhered to
  • Carry out risk assessments in the office
  • Monitor and manage weekly building checks
  • Manage and implement office redesigns

There is a lot of opportunity within this role. The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR generalist. We are looking for someone who will be a team player, work within a cohesive team but is confident working autonomously. This is a young and vibrant office but it is also incredibly hard-working.

Person:
  • A problem solving people person with a natural ability to communicate at all levels
  • Confident working in a collaborative and cohesive team whilst maintaining autonomy
  • Has 1-2 years experience in an administrative role - ideally EA/Office Manager for a small Company
  • Takes pride in their work
  • Very smartly presented
