A growing sustainability focused, global business is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant with experience supporting at board level to join their exceptionally friendly and collaborative head office supporting two of their most senior and busy executives. A happy and positive office culture is very important to them.
Based from their slick HQ in Victoria, with some working from home, you will be the true right hand, the linchpin between the executives and the wider team, global offices and stakeholders.
I am looking for a standout candidate who has experience supporting at senior board level for a PLC, who understands the importance of attention to detail, discretion and is proactive, who can use their own initiative, plan ahead and provide first rate support to these two delightful and appreciate executives.
The company is growing and is represented all over the world employing many thousands of people, but the HQ is much more boutique, a small/medium sized office with an exceptionally friendly, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
