This is an enormously varied role involving day-to-day admin tasks, client-facing duties plus lots of creative elements (organising exhibitions, social media/ website management and helping to create client portfolios). You will work very closely with the Gallery Manager helping to support her plus have your own projects to manage. Your responsibilities will include; managing the opening and closing of the gallery, liaising with clients and Artists, helping run the gallery, social media and website management, helping with Art Fairs and exhibitions, compiling client portfolios, marketing campaigns and financial admin. In addition, you will solely manage the business owners side-business (online luxury gifts).

They are looking for a wonderful company Ambassador who has either studied Art at University or has experience working in the Art-world so that they can hit the ground running and understand the lingo! It is essential that this candidate has solid administrative experience and strong IT skills, plus ideally experience with creative packages (WordPress, Mailchimp and social media management). It is essential that this person is passionate about Art, is extremely client-facing and charming, takes pride in their appearance and has meticulous attention to detail.
