An incredible opportunity has arisen working for an award winning TV production company as part of a young, fun, social team who are all passionate about what they do.
The role will entail business and private PA duties to the hugely dynamic Founder, office management, liaising with producers and actors, assisting production teams and much, much more.
• Diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Property management
• Booking holidays
• Paying all bills
• Event organising
• Office management – including managing the company drive – keeping spreadsheet up to date of where tapes are etc
• Running errands
• Ad hoc support for the wider team
The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience in the creative world, preferably TV, and be tech savvy, patient, enthusiastic and solutions driven with bags of common sense, initiative and emotional intelligence.
This will suit someone who likes to be involved, flexible, proactive and confident. A really varied, hands on role, you will need to be incredibly well organised as this is an unstructured, creative environment where no two days are the same.
A minimum of 2 years previous PA experience and excellent IT skills are a must.
