Phenomenally successful boutique yet FTSE 100 boutique finance company is looking for a fantastic EA to support one of their top Directors – charming, social, keen sportsman, high standards.
This role is a 12 month maternity contract looking to start in April or May for a full handover.
The office/culture:
• This extraordinary company is run from a very slick, boutique office in the heart of Mayfair: in-house gym, bar (frequently in use!), fully stocked kitchen, open plan.

Looking for:
• Senior EA with exceptional attention to detail, proactive and efficient
• Sense of humour! Eager to get stuck in with the team, non-precious, professional but very personable
• IT-savvy
• Ideal background would be boutique finance, private family office, professional services, legal, M&A or similar, with experience supporting at a senior level
• Any Events experience would also be a plus – they love to do many staff events which you will be getting involved in
