Fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to work with a senior private consultant, based in a private hospital in the West End, and paying up to £45K!

The PA fortunate enough to gain this opportunity will become her right-hand and will be trusted implicitly. You can expect the following duties as well as many more:

  • Hectic diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Handling all incoming calls and emails
  • Managing and updating confidential patient files
  • Processing invoices for consultations and keeping track of payments

Ideal candidates will need to possess the following characteristics and skills:

  • Enthusiasm and charm
  • An unflappable persona and ability to effectively navigate crises
  • Impeccable phone manner and an ability to accurately take and relay notes in a timely fashion
  • Experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment
  • Medical experience is a bonus but not necessary
