Fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to work with a senior private consultant, based in a private hospital in the West End, and paying up to £45K!
The PA fortunate enough to gain this opportunity will become her right-hand and will be trusted implicitly. You can expect the following duties as well as many more:
- Hectic diary management and appointment scheduling
- Handling all incoming calls and emails
- Managing and updating confidential patient files
- Processing invoices for consultations and keeping track of payments
Ideal candidates will need to possess the following characteristics and skills:
- Enthusiasm and charm
- An unflappable persona and ability to effectively navigate crises
- Impeccable phone manner and an ability to accurately take and relay notes in a timely fashion
- Experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment
- Medical experience is a bonus but not necessary
