This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredibly busy and close knit team in the world of sport.
Providing top notch EA support to the Chief Communications Officer, you will be working at a senior level and be an expert gate-keeper.

A varied and involving role, duties include:
• Extensive diary management
• Travel coordination
• Organising meetings and away days
• Tracking workflow and deadlines
• Organising events and hospitality
• Expenses and invoices
• Liaison with wider Executive office and other EA’s across the business

We are looking for a calm, professional, discreet, proactive and well-rounded individual with previous C-level EA experience who is excellent at building relationships both internally and externally.

This will suit someone very level-headed with excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise at all levels and prioritise workloads effectively.

The eyes and ears for the Chief Communications Officer, it is key that you are flexible and happy to provide assistance to the team when needed.

A fast paced environment where things can change at the drop of a hat, we are looking for someone who isn’t fazed by this, is adaptable and has high EQ to pick up on when someone needs help.

This is a unique opportunity to support a boss who really values the right-hand support of a top EA who be a sounding board and enable them to focus on the critical elements of their role.

Ideally we are looking for a press office or communications background and any experience in the sporting world. Someone used to reacting to issues from a news or press story is perfect.
