An inspirational creative genius is looking for a project management/operations-oriented EA to support him run his business and allow him the space to use his creativity by taking away the day-to-day stresses and strains. The business is growing rapidly both in UK and abroad, and my client needs an exacting EA with high EQ and excellent people skills to manage his admin, crazy diary, correspondence as well as his UHNW clients and international suppliers.
You will be overseeing projects, reporting progress and any problem you can’t solve yourself to the principal. You will be his right hand, his eyes and ears and need to be commercially savvy with good judgement and be a real team player, utilising the team’s skills and competencies to the max while maintaining the driven, collaborate company culture – no queen bees or egos.
