An UHNW family who are very high profile players in the Art world are seeking an articulate and polished Private PA to join their closeknit team in North West London. Really exciting, creative environment with exposure to many prominent figures.
This is a completely varied Private PA role – no two days will be the same and it is not desk-bound at all. You will be:
- Researching and booking exotic holidays and organising luxury travel
- General household management – liaising with household staff, diary management, car MOTs. Often popping over to the family home.
- Getting involved with property renovations/interior design both in the UK and abroad
- Assisting with the Principals’ philanthropic pursuits, coming up with ideas for new charity projects
- Liaising with art galleries, music venues, sports arenas etc
- Meeting and greeting VVIPs, acting as the face of the brand, central point of contact for all business interests
FANTASTIC opportunity for a creative Private PA looking to work for inspiring entrepreneurs who are really at the top of their game. The ideal candidate will have very strong Private PA experience supporting HNWIs, have forensic attention to detail and be able to work at a very fast pace.
