Working from gorgeous offices in the heart of Mayfair, this finance house is looking for an experienced Receptionist to be based on a very busy front desk alongside another delightful receptionist. The company value their staff enormously – great benefits, low turnover of staff, sociable and friendly. You will be a vital part of the team, acting as an ambassador for the company with all visitors, answering and transferring calls, managing 9 meeting rooms, offering refreshments, overseeing the smooth running of the common parts as well as OM/Facilities duties and overflow PA work. No two day will be the same,  and you will not be bored. They are looking for someone professional, charming, warm, immaculately presented and with phenomenal communication/customer service skills. It is essential that this person has corporate office experience. Such a great, varied and busy reception role in a company where you will be looked after.
