Memberships Manager - Exclusive Private Members Club

An esteemed and exclusive Private Members Club with a long and famous heritage is seeking a Memberships Manager to help take the club to the next level.  With 1000s of members and hundreds of rooms and events across the year, the club is thriving as it continues to undergo a serious modernisation for the 21st century.

This role will be a whole host of fun for a true people person that enjoys working towards targets and delights in giving the best customer service.  Managing all memberships across the club, the individual will be working with databases, liaising with members on a daily basis, analysing trends and ensuring payments. The role also runs a busy and absolutely glorious event calendar aimed at attracting new clients and improving retention.

You will be a brilliant networker, understand that you need to be totally discreet and confidential in all your conversations, and flexible enough to pick up multiple conversations one after the other.
