Senior EA to Chief Exec, Members Club in SW London

This role will be based in the SW London Members Club five days a week, a workplace like no other – stunning surroundings, amazing company benefits including impossible-to-obtain club membership and tickets, and a cohesive and supportive culture. The environment is exceptionally hard-working, professional and friendly but ultimately this is a service-driven hospitality industry therefore appearances, service and reputation is paramount.

The Chief Exec is looking for an experienced EA with a fantastic skill-set who is capable of hitting the ground running and adding immediate value to his professional life and the smooth running efficiency of the club. The role will be full-on, fast-paced and will involve juggling a large work-load with meticulous attention to detail, sensitivity and a confident and calm approach.

The role will involve diary and inbox management, extensive minute-taking, board-papers, agendas, following up on actions, proof-reading copy, writing correspondence, analysing current systems and bettering them where possible, setting up meetings and creating and attending events. You will also be responsible for line-managing one other employee.

This will be a client-facing role and will involve regular contact with members, club employees and suppliers. This person will play an integral role within the club and be the glue that holds the departments together – professional appearances and fantastic communication skills is paramount.

The ideal candidate offers emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, very strong communication and written English skills, solid administration background and a warm, service-driven, welcoming and professional demeanour.

This would suit someone with a solid EA background (10+ years) from a transferable industry such as Education/Government/Politics/Military and Hospitality.
