Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant who is seeking to take the next step in their career and become more involved in the business, with scope to travel.
My client are a next-level Tech scale-up who are rapidly growing, having already reached great success. This role is working at the heart of the business for their passionate and entrepreneurial Founder.
The culture is people-first and very flexible – they offer hybrid working, with 2 days (or more if desired) from the office in Central/North London and the rest WFH.
A totally varied role, as Senior Executive Assistant you will be:
• Providing 1:1 support for the Founder (down to earth, cares about his employees, sense of humour) as well as working alongside the Exec team
• Being an ambassador for the business, liaising with stakeholders, investors, partners and clients alike
• Getting involved with Marketing, spotting opportunities for business development, anyone with a creative eye for Design is a bonus!
• Organising bespoke and high-end events, from networking conferences to exhibitions
• Opportunity to travel all over the world alongside the Founder – LA, New York, Dubai, Europe & more!
The ideal candidate will be/have:
• Previous EA/PA experience
• Flexible – the team are not clock-watchers, hours are flexible. There will be some evening work due to timezone differences, but they are equally happy for you to start later if this is the case; they favour a “give and take” relationship based on trust rather than clock watching!
• High attention to detail
• IT-savvy, happy and eager to learn new systems
• An independent self-starter
• Any experience working for a start-up, Founder, Entrepreneur or any experience in events/marketing/strategic development is a huge plus but certainly not essential
• Discreet and highly trustworthy
