An amazing opportunity has arisen within a fast growing corporate, international company based in one of the most iconic skyscrapers in the City. This buzzy office is super slick, with floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views across London.
Based front of house, the majority of the duties are focused on office management and providing admin support to the team - preparing meeting rooms, greeting guests, planning travel, organising events and booking restaurants and ensuring the office runs smoothly. There is huge opportunity to get involved and take on more projects and responsibility.
We’re looking for a positive, highly capable, hands on and immaculately presented candidate with a minimum of two years admin and front of house experience in an office environment. You must be happy to be based Front of House with a lovely colleague who supports the CEO.
