A prestigious, reputable boutique family owned asset management firm in the heart of the West End is seeking a sophisticated, intelligent, committed and business savvy Executive Assistant to support their highly successful CEO/Founder.
With a mix of business and private, this is a true right hand support role where you will be an invaluable asset, managing a hectic diary, organising social commitments, regularly arranging international travel, coordinating projects, managing properties, handling official documents and representing the CEO/Founder at all times.
The successful candidate will have a legal/finance background - experience working in a family office is a bonus.
As a key individual, you must be committed, forward thinking and a driven go-getter with lots of common sense – someone who is solution-driven, highly organised and who has an interest in the world around them would work well.
