A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a busy, high-performing residential lettings team in Chelsea for an experienced Property Manager to step into a fast-paced, varied portfolio role.
This is a lively, social, and collaborative environment where people work hard, support each other, and enjoy a bit of banter along the way. You’ll be joining a team that values professionalism, humour, and a genuine willingness to get stuck in, alongside strong mentoring, training, and ongoing support.
You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams. The role covers the full spectrum of property management, alongside keeping systems and records fully up to date.
We’re looking for someone with experience in residential property management or a similar role, with a good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident under pressure, and exceptional at customer service and communication. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential.
Just as important is attitude: polished, professional, and well-presented, but also hands-on, grounded, and willing to turn your hand to anything.
We act as an employment agency for this role. Knightsbridge Recruitment specialise in Chiefs of Staff, EAs, PAs, Private PAs, Team Assistants, Receptionists and Office Managers across all industries. If you are already registered with us please contact your consultant directly. Due to the large number of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to respond to them all individually.
