As the Corporate Receptionist, you’ll be the face of the business - the first impression, the go-to person, the one keeping the front of house experience running seamlessly in a slick and professional environment.

The Role
This is a busy Corporate Receptionist position with huge variety and lots of moving parts. You’ll be right at the centre of the office, keeping everything running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for guests, clients and the wider team.
Day to day, you’ll be:
• Welcoming guests and ensuring a polished and professional front-of-house experience at all times
• Coordinating meeting rooms for internal and client meetings
• Managing incoming calls, shared inboxes, emails and enquiries with efficiency and professionalism
• Overseeing meeting room schedules, diary management, and room allocations
• Organising catering, refreshments and meeting set-ups for both internal and client-facing events
• Monitoring and maintaining an organised reception
• Arranging taxis, couriers and travel logistics for guests and employees
• Supporting with staff socials, celebrations, gifting and office events - from birthdays to larger company occasions
• Working closely with housekeeping and office support teams to maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the office
• Handling post, deliveries, stationery, business card orders, first aid administration, and wider Office Management support

The candidate
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist with at least 1 year of permanent reception experience, who genuinely loves what they do, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience.
You’ll be:
• Exceptionally well presented, polished and professional
• Warm, confident and articulate, with excellent communication skills
• Happy to muck in and help wherever needed
• Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
• Naturally organised, proactive and quick to pick things up
• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team
Most importantly, you’ll bring brilliant energy, and a genuine passion for being a Corporate Receptionist.
