A founder-led, mission-driven activewear brand is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a Senior EA, who in turn supports the Founder & CEO. With ambitious growth plans and exciting projects ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure at the heart of a fast-scaling business.

Working closely with the Senior EA, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO’s schedule and priorities. You’ll be a reliable and detail-oriented support, helping to keep things on track behind the scenes while developing your skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. From coordinating meetings to assisting with travel and communications, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative EA function.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys being part of a high-performing support team.

The EA role is based three days a week in our Central London office, a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment, with two days working from home and flexibility depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior EA with complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
  • Assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements, including last-minute changes
  • Coordinating meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups
  • Helping to manage inboxes and draft communications where required
  • Supporting stakeholder coordination across teams and external partners
  • Preparing documents, briefings, and presentations
  • Tracking actions and supporting cross-functional projects
  • Acting as an additional layer of support to protect the CEO’s time
  • Providing ad hoc administrative and personal support as needed

The Candidate

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an EA, Team Assistant, or administrative support role
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments is beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism
  • A collaborative and supportive team player
