The Role
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors and colleagues
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to keep things running smoothly 
  • Facilitate events, from catering and guest reception to room setup and logistics
  • Proactively oversee office operations, including stock control, and maintain a tidy and professional reception environment.
  • Provide ad-hoc Board support
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logistics
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Handle information with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the organisation

Experience & Skills
  • Demonstrated longevity and commitment within previous roles
  • Experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing position is desired but not a deal breaker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polished presentation and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
  • Flexible and proactive approach
Details
  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (office-based)
  • Start: ASAP (able to wait up to 1 month’s notice)
