An exciting opportunity has arisen for a standout EA/PPA to support a UHNW Founder within a private family office setting. Working closely alongside a Senior EA, this is a true right-hand role with a seamless blend of business and private support.
You’ll be at the centre of a busy, ever-moving schedule - managing a complex diary, coordinating international travel, and ensuring the Founder’s time is optimised at every turn. This is a role where anticipation is everything. You’ll be thinking ahead constantly, staying one step in front, and making sure nothing is overlooked.

The role:
You’ll manage a frequently changing diary, balancing professional commitments with personal appointments, while handling heavy international travel coordination with precision and discretion. From securing sought-after restaurant reservations to organising seamless hotel bookings, you’ll take care of every detail to a high standard.
Alongside this, you’ll be involved in managing multiple properties, coordinating logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly across locations. You’ll also play a key role in organising events, sourcing thoughtful gifts, and acting as a polished and professional ambassador for the Principal.
There’s a strong element of trust in this role - you’ll be handling confidential projects and information, operating with complete discretion while maintaining a calm, organised approach.

About you:
You’re sharp, proactive and naturally organised, with at least three years’ experience in an EA or Private PA role.
You’re comfortable working at a pace and thrive in an environment where priorities shift, and expectations are high. Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to boutique finance or a family office setting, and experience supporting a UHNW individual as an EA or Private PA.
You’re a strong communicator, personable and collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team. You think quickly, use your judgement, and bring a strategic mindset to how you approach your work.
Detail matters to you. You take pride in delivering to a high standard, and you bring a network of trusted contacts that you can call upon when needed.
And just as importantly, you’ve got a good sense of humour! And you enjoy being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the business, gaining exposure within a highly regarded family office environment.
