Contract Type: Perm
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to support the MD of an award-winning creative studio operating at the forefront of technology. Based in South West London, this is an EA/PA role where you’ll quickly become a central figure within a busy, high-performing team - someone relied upon to keep everything organised and running smoothly.
This is a true right-hand EA/PA position. You’ll be managing the flow of the MD’s day, ensuring priorities are clear and time is used effectively, while staying one step ahead and anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked.

The role:
This is a varied and hands-on role that combines high-level business support with PA/EA duties.
You’ll take ownership of inbox and diary management, coordinating meetings and ensuring schedules run seamlessly. You’ll play a key role in organising Board and Management meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and board packs, and ensuring everything is in place ahead of time.
Travel coordination will form a significant part of the role - managing end-to-end arrangements, including international travel and visa applications, often requiring careful planning and attention to detail.
Alongside this, you’ll handle expenses and credit cards, manage subscriptions and renewals, and act as a gatekeeper - screening calls, enquiries and requests, and ensuring the MD’s time is protected.
There is also a personal element to the role, including booking appointments and liaising with accountants, consultants and lawyers, as well as managing correspondence and responding to invitations on the MD’s behalf.

About You:
You’re organised, proactive and naturally one step ahead. With at least four years’ experience in a similar EA/PA role, you’re confident managing competing priorities and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You’re a clear communicator, both written and verbal, and bring a calm, professional approach to everything you do.
Ideally, you’ll be a bright graduate with a sharp eye for detail and a strong instinct for organisation and prioritisation. You take pride in your work, follow things through, and understand what it means to be a truly reliable right hand.
Starting ASAP, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, creative business where you’ll be fully embedded and play a key role in supporting its continued success.
