We have a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on, switched-on Personal Assistant to step in and become the right hand to the founder of a fast-growing creative start-up. This is a brand new position, and the Founder is looking for an exceptional PA to support them at this exciting stage.
You’ll be at the centre of the business, acting as a true extension of the Founder: a gatekeeper, organiser, problem-solver and sounding board. If you love being in the thick of it, making things happen and staying one step ahead, this is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal PA role.
What you’ll be doing:
No two days will look the same. You’ll take full ownership of a constantly shifting and often complex diary, across both business and personal commitments, ensuring the Founder’s time is always used effectively. Alongside this, you’ll coordinate travel end-to-end, from flights to hotels, adapting when plans change.
You’ll be across everything. Reviewing and prioritising emails, sitting in on meetings and calls, and pulling together updates from across the team into clear, concise weekly summaries. You’ll act as a key point of contact internally - someone people naturally come to - tracking updates such as absences and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
You’ll confidently liaise with external partners, including accountants, advisors and stakeholders. And you’ll also handle details like booking restaurants and sourcing thoughtful gifts.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll already be an experienced PA with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar, high-level PA role.
You’re calm under pressure and confident managing a demanding schedule. You’re emotionally intelligent, use your judgement, and know when to step in or push back. Naturally intuitive, you build trust easily while maintaining the right boundaries.
You don’t wait to be asked. You anticipate, you solve, and you stay one step ahead. Discreet, reliable, you’re someone the Founder can depend on completely. And above all, you’re flexible, hands-on, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
