Contract Type: Perm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private PA to step into a long-term, part-time PA role supporting a respectful, HNW family based in West London. Working around 20 hours per week, predominantly remote with a weekly in-person touchpoint, this Private PA role offers a rare balance of flexibility and responsibility, alongside a competitive salary of up to £75,000 pro rata, plus bonus and generous holiday.

This is a Private PA role where trust and discretion are everything. You’ll be supporting a family with three teenage children, becoming the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes - organised, efficient and always one step ahead.

The role
  • This is a hands-on, varied PA position that blends administration, lifestyle management and household coordination.
  • You’ll be managing diaries and keeping track of family commitments, appointments and activities, while also overseeing a shared inbox and handling day-to-day correspondence. Travel will be a key part of the role - coordinating holidays and ensuring itineraries are seamless from start to finish.
  • You’ll play a central role in the smooth running of the household. From coordinating maintenance and overseeing projects at the London property, to managing permits, insurance and service checks, you’ll keep everything organised and up to date.
  • You’ll regularly liaise with external suppliers, household staff and tutors, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring everything is aligned. There will also be moments where you’ll support with more personal or ad hoc requests - whether that’s organising small events or assisting with family projects such as education planning or relocations.
About you
  • You’re an experienced Private PA who takes pride in running things seamlessly.
  • You’re highly organised, detail-focused and naturally proactive - someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it. You’re calm, grounded and comfortable managing multiple priorities, even when things shift.
  • Discretion and trust come naturally to you, and you build strong working relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. You’re confident dealing with suppliers, handling logistics and managing the moving parts of a private household.
  • Tech-savvy and efficient, you’re comfortable using digital tools to keep everything organised, and if you happen to speak an additional language (particularly French), that’s a bonus - but it’s not essential.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a long-term, part-time role where they can add real value, working with a respectful and well-run household.
