A highly regarded, fast-moving boutique consultancy based in Sloane Square, known for its exceptional reputation and loyal client base is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to step into a consultant role working with an exceptionally collaborative and successful team.  Over 70% of their work comes through personal recommendation - which tells you everything about the quality of relationships they build.

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to partner with an impressive mix of clients - from entrepreneurs and High-Net-Worth Individuals to established businesses across boutique finance, luxury brands, interior design, tech, property and private family offices.

At its core, this role is about people. You’ll be building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates - understanding them, earning their trust, and becoming the person they come back to. No two days feel the same - the pace is fast, the work is varied, and you’re constantly engaging and meeting with interesting people.

The Candidate
The right candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing, relationship-driven role - whether that’s account management, sales or something similar where you’ve had to negotiate and build trust.
You might come from travel, property, luxury, members’ clubs or even have run your own business - what matters is that it makes sense and shows drive, ambition, and strong interpersonal skills.
You’re sharp, polished and quick to pick things up. You communicate well, both written and verbal, and you know how to adapt your style depending on who you’re speaking to. You’re naturally outgoing, but more than that, you’re perceptive - with strong EQ, good judgement and the ability to build genuine, long-term relationships.

You work hard, you’re resilient, and you’re motivated by success. You hold yourself to high standards, take ownership of your work, and consistently go the extra mile.

Salary:  £30,000 - £60,000 pkg ++ DOE
